Carpentry at Wisteria Gate, Romsey
In July 2023, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started work on the Carpentry for Croudace Homes at their Wisteria Gate development in Romsey, near Southampton.
Wisteria Gate is a new development of 63 new 3, 4 and 5 bedroom apartments and houses.
In the four months from May to September 2024, SC4's carpenters completed two homes per week:
- 6No joists & roofs
- 21No 1st Fixes
- 30No 2nd Fixes and Finals
And, despite a slow-down in housebuilding at the start of 2024, in the previous 10 months to May 2024, SC4's carpenters completed:
- 52No joists & roofs
- 31No 1st Fixes
- 14No 2nd Fixes
- 9No Finished Homes including 2 show homes
Timberframe Erect of 560+ houses and flats at North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh
In 15 months from March 2018 to August 2019, SC4 Carpenters Ltd erected 250+ timber frame houses and flats for timberframe manufacturer, Taylor Lane at Phases 1, 4 and 6 of this Highwood site in North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh. A further 100+ homes on Phases 4 and 7 were erected by SC4 in Autumn 2019-Spring 2020 and in Spring 21, SC4 started installation of a further 186 units.
400+ New Homes at Drummond Park, Ludgershall, Andover
In Spring 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started the commercial carpentry works for 400 new homes in Ludgershall, near Andover, Hampshire for Lovell Partnership Homes. SC4 was excited to work with Lovell again as they were our first ever client back in 2000 and their Newbury site, The Oaks, was one of those we revisited as part of our 21st Birthday celebrations!
