Contract carpentry for 80 new homes in Totton, Southampton
In June 2023, SC4 Carpenters Ltd completed the contract carpentry services for 80 new homes for rent and shared ownership in Totton, Southampton.
Nestled on the edge of the New Forest, the new homes being delivered by leading housing association Aster Group, will be available for local residents or those with a strong local connection to the area.
The development will mainly consist of two, three and four-bedroom houses along with a small collection of one and two-bedroom flats. All homes will be provided on an affordable basis, with half of the homes available to purchase through the shared ownership scheme and the remaining half offered for rent.
The homes were built by EG Carter & Co Ltd and will be managed by Aster Group. SC4 was pleased to assist EG Carter in meeting their with completion target of 2023. It is the largest development the partnership delivered in 2021-2023 in Hampshire.
Walworth Road - Carpentry for 82 Newbuild Homes
From 2019-2021, SC4 Carpenters Ltd provided contract Carpentry services for construction of a Foreman Homes development of 82 new build terraced, semi detached and detached homes with in Andover, Hampshire. The project included installation of extensive cladding to provide the beautiful finish for these fabulous new homes. This followed on from the Landfall project from 2016-18, just across the road.
85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley
SC4 provided Carpentry and Decorating services to Foreman Homes for 85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley, Basingstoke from 2019-2021. The Commercial Manager at Foreman Homes described SC4 as a:

In 2017, SC4 Carpenters Ltd carried out carpentry works in New Build Housing on more than 180 units at various sites for Foreman Homes in and around Andover, Hampshire.
