Decoration of 60 new homes at Conwy Close, Reading
From August 2018 to August 2019, SC4 carried out the decoration of 57 affordable new homes for Hill Partnerships at Reading County Council's Conwy Close development in Tilehurst.
This included 3 blocks of new one-bed and two-bed flats, as well as 23 new 2-, 3- and 4-bed houses.
Hill is an award-winning housebuilder and one of the leading developers in London and the south east of England, delivering both private for sale and affordable homes.
Decorating at Phoenix Avenue, Wokingham
In 2017, SC4 Decorators carried out the painting and decorating works for 48 houses and 20 flats for social housing, rent and sale for principal contractor Hill Partnerships at Phoenix Avenue, Wokingham.
85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley
SC4 provided Carpentry and Decorating services to Foreman Homes for 85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley, Basingstoke from 2019-2021. The Commercial Manager at Foreman Homes described SC4 as a:

Phoenix Avenue, Wokingham and Lance Way, High Wycombe
SC4 Decorators has performed very well on both of these large projects in 2017-18 for which I was the Senior Contract Surveyor.
They have managed and supervised their operatives very well in terms of quality of work, correct labour levels as and when required, general house-keeping was excellent and John Norton kept in constant contact with both our contracts manager and site manager throughout the project on a regular basis.
They attended every site progress meeting without fail and were very helpful with regards to overcoming problems on site with minimal fuss.
From a commercial perspective they were within budget, minimal variations and the final account was a smooth process.
