Katy is responsible for all off-site management of Lovell's Drummond Park project near Andover, in which SC4 Carpenters Ltd is providing carpentry labour and materials on site services for 412 new homes over a 5-6 year period. 

Andy, went on to summarise Katy's role as:

"Overseeing and implementing all material operations & control of a multi-million pound subcontract order & singlehandedly overcoming requirements of the Client driven onerous paperwork processes to provide service to the build team on site.”
