Botleigh Grange Care Home - Hedge End
In 2020, SC4 Carpenters carried out Contract Carpentry works for Highwood at a 68-bed Care Home in Hedge End, Hampshire. The project included extensive carpentry roof works as well as first and second fix and exterior cladding and beams.
Kingsbury Grove Retirement Home, Living Heritage - Taylor Lane
In 2020, SC4 joined up with Taylor Lane Timber Frame once again to work on another site in Winchester. We installed the timber frame for a Living Heritage retirement property, consisting of 33 apartments for Pegasus Life.

SC4 Decorators provided professional painting and decorating services for this 65 bed BUPA Care Home at Church Crookham in 2008.

SC4 Carpenters installed the extensive roof for a new Care Home in Church Crookham for Crendon Timber Engineering in 2008.
